Benchmark Appraisal Services is a full service, professional real estate appraisal company located in and serving South Central Wisconsin.
Valuation Services
We provide appraisal and appraisal review and consultation services for residential, multi family, commercial, land and other property types. Our clients include lenders, attorneys, relocation companies, municipalities, and individuals. All reports are delivered electronically, within established time frames.

Benchmark Appraisal provides valuation services in the South Central Wisconsin Counties of Dane, Rock, Green, Iowa, Sauk, Columbia, Jefferson and beyond.
Qualifications
Gary Gruenisen is the Owner and President of Benchmark Appraisal Services Ltd. He has been a full time professional real estate appraiser in South Central Wisconsin since 1978, and he completes or supervises all work submitted from this office. Gary is a Certified and Licensed Wisconsin General Appraiser #55-10 and qualified to do appraisals on all property types Wisconsin. He is also an active member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA –Residential and SRPA-Commercial ), Employee Relocation Council (ERC Appraisal Trained), Relocation Appraisers & Consultants (RAC), and is FHA approved. Gary has been qualified as an expert witness in Dane, Sauk, Columbia, and Federal courts, and is a consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
